June is busting out all over…with Phil!

Allo allo, gentle readers!  Damn, I haven’t posted anything for you here in six years. Should we fix that?

Two June gigs spring to mind:

JUNE 26 – TROUGH RECORDS 20th ANNIVERSARY CONCERT & RECORDING SESSION!

I and all the other artists on Trough Records will be laying down a track or two each to commemorate two decades of doin’ what we do.  $20 gets you in and gets you a copy of the resultant CD; $13 admission without the CD. First live recording I’ve done since 2008!

Eff why eye, this is less a concert and more a live recording; it’s for folks who are interested in hearing LOTS of music and are cool with things like re-takes. It starts at 6 and will surely go for several hours. And you’ll see many marvelous artists and eventually get a copy of the CD upon which you can be heard applauding.

Check it out here on the Book of Face!

JUNE 28 – TOPTUNE

Then, a mere two days later I’ll be returning to TopTune, the Songwriter’s Game.  Songwriters perform their own tune, then have 17 minutes to co-write a brand new one.  Once again at FanaticSalon in Culver City, and once again, that Facebook thing has all the deets: click!

As always, they’ll be more fun with you there.

Your pal,
Phil
